The pub crawl starts from Coventry as that's where I'm from.
 
Take the train from COVENTRY to BIRMINGHAM NEW STREET STATION .  Walk from there to BIRMINGHAM MOOR STREET STATION and catch a train to LYE .
Exit the station & turn left, walk up the hill about 200m and you can see the WINDSOR CASTLE on your right.

From the WINSOR CASTLE head back towards the station, turn right just before the station, you will see a bus stop on your left, catch the No. 9 bus (there are 6 an hour so plenty of choice) from here to the HAWNE TAVERN alight at Attwood Street opposite the Post Office, walk down Attwood Street to the pub it has about 6 ales on sale.

From the WAGON & HORSES go out the side door & turn right, go up the hill which is called Islington, when at the top of the hill turn left and walk down hill to the to the bottom cross the road and turn left go straight on at the roundabout and walk down to the 4th bus stop, & catch the 248 which leaves at 12 & 42 mins past the hour on a Saturday. Alight right outside the OLDE SWAN in Netherton.

From the OLDE SWAN cross the road to bus stop catch the 243 at 10 25 40 55 mins past the hour 247-248 23 53 mins past the hour. Alight just before the LAMP TAVERN which is owened by Bathams walk up the hill about 200m and the pubs on the right.

From the LAMP TAVERN turn right out of doors cross main road head up hill & along the High Street turn left into Stafford Street & next right into Wellington Road continue to the bottom of the hill turn left & you can see the bus stop the walk should take between 10- 15 mins. Catch the 558 bus from here it runs every 10 mins to the BRITANNIA another Bathams pub the bus stop is just past the pub.
